**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You will work from the ease of your own home, provided that your computer meets our minimum technical requirements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, to navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of identity
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
* Computer that meets our minimum technical requirements (see below)

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

* Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
