- Process Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate existing methodologies, policies, and technologies within CODS. Recommend enhancements that drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the customer experience.
- Storm Duty & Business Continuity: Participate in “Storm Duty” rotations, providing critical support during major weather events, outages, or other disaster recovery scenarios to maintain service continuity.
