We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a BPS Teaching Fellowship Specialist. As a key member of our Office of Recruitment, Cultivation and Diversity, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new teachers in our BPS Teaching Fellowship program. The BPS Teaching Fellowship Specialist will provide coaching, mentoring, and support to up to 15 Teaching Fellows during their first year of teaching. This includes observing and analyzing Fellows' performance, developing and facilitating professional development, and providing on-site support at various schools. The Specialist will also collaborate with school administrators, program administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance support for Fellows and promote the development of a professional learning community.
