Community Manager – Faith Based Women's Business Community (Skool)

We are a sisterhood where members grow in both business and life through workshops, co-working sessions, quarterly accelerator cohorts, and deep community connection. Our mission is to help women pursue their God-given vision with confidence, build businesses that make an impact, and flourish in every area of life. The Role We're looking for a Community Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Skool community. This is not just a moderation role, we need someone who genuinely understands women entrepreneurs, can spark meaningful conversations, and helps our members feel seen, supported, and motivated to show up. What You'll Do - Welcome and onboard new members warmly and intentionally - Post daily/weekly engagement content (prompts, encouragement, challenges, wins) - Monitor and respond to member posts and comments to keep conversations alive - Support the promotion and coordination of virtual workshops, co-working sessions, and quarterly cohort events - Track community health metrics (engagement, retention, activity) and report weekly - Identify and elevate top contributors and member success stories - Flag member needs or issues to leadership and suggest community improvements - Help enforce community guidelines with grace and professionalism Who You Are - You have 2+ years of community management experience (Skool, Circle, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms) - You are business-savvy and understand the challenges and wins of entrepreneurship — especially for women - You are a strong, warm communicator who can write with both encouragement and professionalism - You are comfortable working within a values-driven, faith-based organization and can communicate authentically within that culture - You are self-directed, organized, and consistent — the community should feel your presence daily - Bonus: You have experience supporting online course communities, membership sites, or coaching programs Details - Platform: Skool - Hours: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours/week (open to discussing) - Type: Contract / Freelance - Location: Remote We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a community.
