Key Responsibilities

• Model and grant a distinctive and exquisite customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash sign-in and provide clients with courteous, honest, friendly, and efficient checkout service
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with services and products
• Resolve customer problems and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain counters and shelves neatly and nicely merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
• Implement company asset protection methods to recognize and minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by guidelines/procedures
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative device, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders in Photo Care Plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
• Assist with outdoor and indoor maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers

Essential Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer to have previous work experience with our company
