- Being educated and adaptable, with the ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer customer questions

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and understand both languages
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems or similar
