Your role will involve educating potential families about the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance procedures, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Outstanding Service
- Providing top-notch customer service to families over the phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
