- Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Support and Response Specialist, you will need:
- A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills, including active listening.
- The ability to multi-task and find answers while on calls with customers.
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.
- Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors fluent in English and Spanish or English and French being highly preferred.
- A quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours, with a broadband internet connection (recommended at least 10 MBPS).
- A wired internet connection, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone.
