Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer contacts via phone, email, and text message. You'll work in a 100% remote environment, with the flexibility to create your own schedule (within our required weekend shifts). This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity that runs from March/April/May through September/October, with the possibility of year-round work for exceptional candidates.
