Key Responsibilities
As an AI for Trading Mentor & Project Reviewer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our students and reviewing project submissions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Support to Students: Respond to technical queries from students over our Knowledge platform, providing accurate and thorough answers in a timely manner (response time < 1 working hour).
- Reviewing Project Submissions: Review project submissions from students, providing personalized feedback and ensuring that submissions are original work and have not been plagiarized (review time < 8 working hours).
- Maintaining High-Quality Standards: Ensure that all interactions with students are professional, supportive, and respectful, and that feedback is constructive and actionable.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest developments in AI and trading, and be aware of industry trends and best practices.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in AI and trading, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The essential qualifications for this role include:
- Technical Competence: Intermediate Python skills (including Tensorflow keras), knowledge of reinforcement learning (including Q-learning and the Bellman equation), neural network training processes, financial tick data and indicators, and e-greedy exploration/exploitation methods.
- Language Competence: Proficient English writing and speaking skills.
- Student-First Mindset: A strong commitment to supporting and empowering students to achieve their goals.
