Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from internal clients at the branches, providing timely and effective support.
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Troubleshoot basic computer issues for tier 1 support, documenting and ticketing calls as necessary.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing multiple requests.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills to ensure client issues are resolved.
- Maintain a superior customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and exceed client expectations.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Call center experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
- A customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Basic understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting skills for monitor, speaker, mice, and keyboard issues.
- Ability to use remote access tools to assist clients and troubleshoot issues.

- Experience with Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory.
- Windows 7 navigation skills and familiarity with other Windows operating systems.
