About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
- Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D., demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting customer expectations
- Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases
