Job Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Data Entry Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Systems Manager by assisting offices across the US with time-sensitive account setups and updates for customers, growers, shippers, and carriers. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing various system needs, providing backup for ERP and TMS tasks, and managing other administrative duties for our Home Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, verify, update, and manage various business information within arenaflex's ERP and TMS databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Actively monitor incoming requests, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively in urgent situations, demonstrating strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Oversee carrier and customer account setups and updates within the TMS system, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle account setups and updates for customers, growers, shippers, and carriers in the ERP system, maintaining excellent customer relations and resolving issues promptly.
- Review and verify documents and information for accuracy, identifying deficiencies or errors, and conducting audits to ensure all necessary details are included.
- Vet and verify external carriers to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards, rejecting requests and informing relevant contacts as needed.
- Identify and rectify data deficiencies or errors during reviews, working efficiently to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and store digital copies of data and documents for efficient retrieval, utilizing your strong organizational skills.
- Manage external logistics resources, tools, and subscriptions used by arenaflex, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with quarterly accounts payable/receivable tasks related to arenaflex rebate programs, demonstrating your understanding of financial processes.
- Manage all Certificate of Insurance requests and updates, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- 2+ years of general office experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
