Team or Function Overview: Residential Customer Care Team

As part of the Residential Customer Care team at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of customer service to all our customers. This position is remote-based, offering the flexibility and work-life balance that many professionals seek today.

Job Summary: Customer Care Representative I

The Customer Care Representative I will be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role focuses on all aspects of the order process, including order placement, order management, customer knowledge, warranty processing, and plant follow-up. The ideal candidate will maintain solid interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Acting as the "Voice of the Consumer," you will equally improve products for our customers as we do for our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Providing customer service to our customers in a call center environment, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Handling customer inquiries regarding all aspects of the order process, including order placement, customer and plant follow-up, and product information.
Proactively serving customers by educating them on products and alternative choices, as well as assisting the Sales Department in placing proactive outgoing service calls.
Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customer needs are met.
Maintaining accurate and real-time records of all conversations in our database, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow-up actions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal blithequark customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Acting as "sales support" for our Sales Team, providing necessary information and assistance to facilitate sales processes.
Delivering world-class service by ensuring an effortless customer experience, aligning with blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's Degree, although prior customer service experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
An outgoing and energetic attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Google Business Suite.
Highly organized with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all interactions and records.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, able to address customer concerns effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
