The Customer Care Representative I will be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role focuses on all aspects of the order process, including order placement, order management, customer knowledge, warranty processing, and plant follow-up. The ideal candidate will maintain solid interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Acting as the "Voice of the Consumer," you will equally improve products for our customers as we do for our company.
