To excel in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking. Familiarity with CRM software and customer care platforms is also necessary, along with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in a retail or online shopping environment being advantageous but not mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and growth.
