As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience is preferred.
