**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate - Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
* Maximizing sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate, while maintaining a deep understanding of our store's merchandise and current promotions
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including store displays and merchandise, to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
* Assisting with inventory and receiving of merchandise, replenishing backstock to maintain optimal levels of merchandise on the floor
* Conducting markdowns of merchandise as instructed, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Performing opening and closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security, to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
* Communicating customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
* Participating in additional responsibilities as assigned, including keyholder duties and other tasks as needed
**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail or customer service experience, although not required
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
