As a Customer Service Associate for arenaflex Locker+, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers, and will be the face of arenaflex, connecting personally with our customers and uplifting their lives. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
As a Customer Service Associate for arenaflex Locker+, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation, and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Additionally, you may need to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week.
