Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. The following qualifications and requirements are essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Ability to work from home, meeting our requirements for a secure and distraction-free workspace
- Adherence to HIPAA and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
