About the Role

As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible payment solution performance. Key Responsibilities

• Administratively onboard new clients, dealing with orders, and providing 1st line support on a daily basis
• Support a portfolio of customers across a range of different branches, registering, prioritizing, delegating, and solving technical issues
• Proactively share customer feedback for further development of the platform, providing solutions to customer complaints/issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a daily "helicopter view" to identify onboarding needs that require attention or actions
• Document all client information thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
