We are seeking an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver to join our International Voice team in Hyderabad. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in expediting orders, correcting post-sales problems, and providing effective solutions to customers. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone channels, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent English communication skills, be flexible to work in shifts, and have effective time management skills. The minimum qualification required is 10+2, and any graduate or postgraduate is eligible to apply.
