About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our mission, interacting directly with patients to provide top-notch service, answer questions, solve problems, and educate them on their healthcare options. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the benefits of generic medications or other appropriate therapies to patients, aiming to provide overall savings and better health outcomes.
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Perform adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain compliant with their therapies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements to provide customer education and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine assessments and identify problems, escalating them to pharmacists when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a proven track record of handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
- 6+ months of experience working in high-volume customer service environments using Windows, Microsoft, or similar applications.
- Residency in the state of Nevada.
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy services, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Previous experience working in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
