Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Have previous experience interacting with customers or clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A desire to actively engage and listen to our customers, and to provide them with personalized solutions
- The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on one-call resolution
- The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and to apply those learnings in real-time
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home setting
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex customer complaints
