**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:
* Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.
* Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
* Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
* Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identifying and addressing data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our records.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
* Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the smooth operation of our team.
**Essential Qualifications**
