**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
* Collaborating with our Dealer Administrations Manager to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment.
* Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their performance on all key metrics.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing tasks to increase efficiency and quality.
* Analyzing and resolving complex customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Utilizing Google Sheets and data analysis skills to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
