• Actively engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all donors.
• Provide quality customer service, inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential and fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.
• Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals, and ensuring that all team members are working together towards a common objective.
• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all donors feel valued and appreciated.

Schedule and Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The available schedules are Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, with working hours from 10:30am - 7:00pm (AZ time). Our start date for this position is October 21, 2024, and we are looking for individuals who are available to start on this date and are committed to working the assigned schedule.
