As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, while also supporting the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions.

You should be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, you should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process prescriptions and maintain patient records.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a retail or pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You should be familiar with pharmacy systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. A certification in pharmacy technology (CPhT) or a related field is also preferred, although not required.
