Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive enterprise workflow solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans
- Develop and maintain expertise in Apple's management platforms and mobile device management solutions, including Mac Business Manager, Device Management Profile, Mac Configurator, Automated Device Enrollment, and others
- Utilize your programming skills in languages such as Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar to develop innovative solutions
- Apply your knowledge of software development and quality assurance lifecycles, approaches, and best practices to drive quality improvement initiatives and cycles
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to convey complex ideas and solutions
- Drive the automation of repeatable tasks and tests through CI/CD platforms and tools, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise workflow solutions
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of Apple's management platforms and mobile device management solutions
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and a passion for learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
