We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing Finance team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the accuracy of our A/P ledgers, processing supplier invoices, preparing supplier payments, and dealing with queries effectively. You will also have the opportunity to drive process improvements, input your ideas, and contribute to the growth of our team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional education achievements in an Accounting or Finance subject, excellent spreadsheet skills, including pivots, look ups, and great attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication skills, a passion for the world of Finance, and ambition to progress your career. Experience using an enterprise-level accounting system is also required.
