Job Summary

As a General Production team member on the 3rd shift, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, working together with our team to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Handle materials and use hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment to help deliver high-quality products
• Perform physically demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strength, and stamina
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure efficient operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms
• Ability to stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift
• Willingness to work in a cold and/or warm environment (approximately 20-40 degrees and/or over 100 degrees)
• Ability to work in a wet and humid environment
• Physical ability to climb/move on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways, and platforms
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively over the course of an entire shift
• Physical ability to walk long distances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive overhead lifting
