About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Owner Service Agent to join our team in South Carolina. As an inbound customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and providing product information and registration services. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Utilize Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions, leveraging creativity and judgment-based reasoning skills
- Follow established guidelines and concession protocols to resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience for our owners
- Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions
- Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to help refine training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all
- Support other parts of the business as directed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two+ years of sales or service experience desired, with a passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and utilize critical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good typing ability and computer skills (comfortable navigating multiple online applications)
- Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and take direction from management while achieving goals
- Proven attendance record showing dependability and accountability to work as scheduled
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (required)

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns
