Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging voice of the customer methods to transform data within our cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree
- Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy
Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including dating managers/product owners, to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields
