Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support Expert: Serve as a go-to expert for providing technical support for our mobile games across various platforms. Manage player tickets effectively with the assistance of support engineers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Global Player Engagement: Engage with a diverse and global player base, offering technical advice and assistance to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
- Issue Resolution and Collaboration: Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve technical issues. Collaborate with various departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Research and Continuous Improvement: Utilize your research skills to come up with innovative solutions and enhance our support services continuously.
Requirements
- Multilingual Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German, and Russian.
- Technical Aptitude: A knack for quickly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
