Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses.

- Schedule appointments and provide relevant information about products and services to customers.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A hourly rate of $13.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 25-39 per week, with a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements for the Role
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
- Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
