We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Professional. Key Responsibilities:

• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to account inquiries in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
• Document important record information according to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate integrity: Comply with all regulatory and consistent rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
