About the Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Days
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN (as needed) Days nurse. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment (note: ACLS is required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Ops, and ICU staff).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term acute care settings.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems.
