Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls (40-50 callers per day)
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless and efficient interactions
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the company's overall growth and success
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity
- Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the team's success
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity

Requirements and Technical Specifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
- Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable and hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (meeting the specified technical requirements: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset (wired via USB)
- Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation and Training Schedule
Our standard hours of operation are:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
The training schedule will be Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
