Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Billing and Payment: Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide information on payment arrangements and budget billing.
- Trouble and Outage Orders: Process trouble and outage orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Account Management: Assist customers with managing their accounts, including updating account information and providing online account support.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Great Attendance: Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Computer Navigation: Possess strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Typing Speed: Type at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical systems.
Technical Requirements
To work remotely, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Broadband Internet Connection: Possess a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload.
- Hard Wired Connection: Use a hard wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
- Camera Requirements: Have a camera that can be used during training and shifts (not including breaks and lunches).
