The Role: Inbound Warranty Service Associate
As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting customers who have purchased appliance care plans and are seeking to make or follow up on repair claims. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and build rapport with customers to create a positive experience, using probing questions and active listening to understand their needs.
- Investigate customer accounts to understand the services they've purchased and file or follow up on repair claims.
- Develop relationships with customers by empathizing with their concerns, providing solutions, and collaborating on a resolution.
- Upsell additional protection for existing appliances using probing techniques, presenting products and services based on customers' needs, and addressing objections by explaining the benefits.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to our company's values and standards.

Essential Qualifications:
- Over 6 months of experience in customer service
- Over 6 months of experience in cross-selling or upselling
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage past experiences and creative thinking to develop practical solutions
- A desire to learn and receive coaching and mentorship
- Current residence in and legal ability to work in the United States or Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in insurance sales
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 or 11, with a minimum Intel I3 processor, 8 GB RAM, and internet speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
