Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer success team, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our parent-clients and students. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every interaction with our customers is positive, informative, and resolution-oriented, thereby building trust, satisfaction, and long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule:

You'll be working a full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week as a contractor, with specific hours being 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time). This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best.
