Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple chat sessions concurrently while ensuring high satisfaction and quality of service.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the assistance provided.
- Document and track all customer interactions in our support ticketing system.
- Knowledge Management:
- Stay current on blithequark's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed support.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and other support documentation.
- Share feedback and insights with the team to help improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery.
