Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our customer support functions, ensuring seamless patient order entry and related processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering patient orders and related medical information into our software application.
- Making timely updates and corrections to patient orders as necessary.
- Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective actions via the appropriate departments within the organization.
- Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- Reading and analyzing documents such as patient orders, and carrying out oral and written instructions.
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer support goals.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer entry experience and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our software application.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
- The ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technology Requirements
This remote position requires the use of your own equipment, with the exception of a hard phone provided by blithequark. To ensure seamless performance, your equipment must meet the following specifications:
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 mbps download / 20 mbps upload).
- Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard-wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. Two modem/router ports are required.
- Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater.
- Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Browser: Chrome or Edge.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (no Chromebooks or Macs).
- Dual monitors.
