About the Role: Information Executive - Center Information Systems
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Information Executive to join our Center Information Systems team. As an Information Executive, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and integrity in our core master data systems, specifically supporting store location data and B2B customer account information. If you're detail-oriented, passionate about data integrity, and have excellent customer service skills, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute requests to update store and customer account information in our core master data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate and resolve data issues in a timely and efficient manner, meeting service level targets and maintaining data integrity standards.
- Provide A-list customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage demand volumes and prioritize tasks to meet service level targets, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process concerns and develop new processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide infrastructure interfaces, with experience in data management and data integrity.
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in resolving process concerns and developing new processes.
- Ability to support projects and manage processes independently, including defining, developing, reporting, and executing various related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success in data management and data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions.
