As a Business Immigration Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-volume business immigration workload, including H1Bs, L-1As, L-1Bs, O-1s, E-3s, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent multinational corporations in sponsoring foreign professionals for work visas and green cards
- Handle a high-volume business immigration workload, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes
- Provide advice on complex immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective immigration strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the business immigration practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or a corporate legal department
- Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding references and a strong reputation in the field of business immigration law
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000
