Skills
- 15+ years in an executive management role, preferably fast-growing startup experience
- Desire and ability to effectively work across departments to bring structure, processes, and scalability to our big ideas
- Experience managing projects and teams
- Fluency in finance and operations
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in managing growth companies, preferably including previous fundraising experience
- A strong work ethic and ability to drive this in others
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and project management skills
- Ability and willingness to roll up the sleeves and handle tasks personally
