Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lineal is seeking an Events & Executive Operations Manager to support both their Marketing and Executive Leadership teams. This role focuses 70% on event and field marketing execution, planning and managing global events, and 30% on providing executive operations support for the Chief Client Officer and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of Lineal's global event portfolio, including:
- Flagship owned events
- Executive and client events
- Industry conferences and sponsorships
- Internal company meetings and events
- Manage all event logistics, including:
- Project plans and timelines
- Budgets and forecasting
- Venue sourcing and management
- Vendor coordination
- Swag and promotional materials
- Onsite execution
- Partner with sales, leadership, and external stakeholders to align events with business objectives and client engagement goals
- Travel to and represent Lineal at events, conferences, and client engagements
- Create and manage event-related marketing assets, including:
- Booth graphics and signage
- Presentations and collateral
- Event invitations and email communications
- Landing pages and registration experiences
- Support event promotion and attendee communications before, during, and after events
- Manage post-event follow-up processes, including attendee feedback, reporting, and recommendations for future improvements
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including digital asset creation, campaign execution, and project coordination
- Provide scheduling and coordination support for the Executive Leadership Team
- Manage calendar scheduling and prioritization for the Chief Client Officer, including coordinating meetings across internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Assist with calendar adjustments, meeting logistics, and scheduling conflicts
- Attend meetings and leadership calls to document notes, decisions, action items, and next steps
- Draft follow-up plans and communicate action items to stakeholders
- Track progress against commitments and proactively coordinate with team members to help drive tasks to completion
- Assist with preparation for executive meetings, client engagements, presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Help maintain organization, visibility, and accountability across key business priorities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, marketing operations, executive support, or a related role
- Proven experience managing events from planning through execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with clients, executives, and senior stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and external partners
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience creating event signage, booth graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50%, both domestically and internationally
- Comfortable supporting a global organization across multiple time zones
- Experience in legal technology, B2B technology, or professional services
- Experience working within a global organization
