Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cottingham & Butler is seeking a Condition Management Account Coordinator to join their HealthCheck360 team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program, providing essential support and assistance. The position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer participants inquiries
- Assist participants via email and online messaging
- Accurately document participant communications

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform well individually and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience in a medical setting, including but not limited to LPN, CNA, Medical Assistants, health coaches, insurance verification, medical transcriptionist, or individuals with a background in health care coordination
