Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Monk AI Group is a rapidly growing AI consulting and education company that specializes in delivering AI audits and coaching. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the client experience and deliver coaching sessions, focusing on helping clients build their AI consulting practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the client experience end-to-end: onboarding, check-ins, mid-program reviews, offboarding
- Deliver 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions to program clients
- Run execution sessions helping clients implement what they learn
- Monitor at-risk signals and respond early to keep clients on track
- Manage and grow our client community, including engagement, moderation, surfacing wins
- Collect client feedback and translate it into program improvements
- Lead end-of-term renewal conversations with support from our growth team
- Work with the founders to keep session content current with what's actually working in AI
Skills
- Hands-on with AI tools (you use them daily in your own workflows)
- Emotionally intelligent, with exceptional written and verbal communication (native-level English fluency)
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in coaching, customer success, or account management
- Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end with high autonomy
- Based in the US or UK with flexibility across time zones
