Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Payarc is a technology-driven company focused on empowering people and improving organizations through innovative payment solutions. The ISV Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities by engaging with Independent Software Vendors and fintech companies, while supporting Payarc's growth in embedded payments and direct merchant acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new ISV partners, SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants across the United States
- Execute high-volume outbound activity including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of ISV and enterprise merchant opportunities
- Engage senior-level decision-makers including CEO, Founder, President, and Head of Product/Payments
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales leadership
- Maintain accurate and disciplined activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot) and calling platform (Aircall)
- Document all conversations, notes, and follow-up actions
- Follow structured outreach strategies and established sales processes
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and vertical focus
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support pipeline development and conversion
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives
- Highly disciplined with a strong focus on execution and activity
- Ability to manage a high-volume outbound environment
- Coachable and responsive to feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented with a focus on pipeline generation
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, ISV, or merchant services preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
