They are seeking a Director-level Subject Matter Expert to drive domain-specific AI and data services strategies, partnering with global clients to design and deliver high-value AI data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, translating domain-specific business needs into scalable AI data solutions
- Partner with sales and solution teams on proposals, RFPs, and executive workshops
- Represent TP.ai at conferences, industry forums, and client briefings as a thought leader
- Define how AI/ML, LLM, SLM, RLHF, and multimodal workflows apply to your domain (e.g., autonomous driving, fraud detection, medical imaging, KYC/AML)
- Guide clients on the full data lifecycle: collection, curation, annotation, enrichment, evaluation, and compliance
- Ensure adoption of Responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Provide oversight on QA frameworks, data governance, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality, scalability, and compliance
- Define and monitor domain-specific KPIs, continuously improving efficiency and accuracy
- Identify emerging opportunities and design domain-specific accelerators (e.g., multimodal annotation for autonomous vehicles, synthetic datasets for healthcare)
- Partner with product and solution architects to create new offerings that differentiate TP.ai in the market
- Mentor internal teams to expand domain expertise and strengthen TP.ai’s leadership bench
Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within one or more relevant domains (Automotive, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Media, etc.)
- Proven expertise in AI/ML data workflows, including data collection, curation, annotation, enrichment, evaluation, and governance
- Strong knowledge of AI model development practices: LLM/SLM fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback), multimodal data training, and evaluation
- Deep familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g, HIPAA for healthcare, GDPR/EU AI Act for privacy, PCI DSS for financial services, KYC/AML for BFSI, COPPA for education)
- Demonstrated track record of executive-level client engagement, including shaping proposals, leading workshops, and winning multimillion-dollar programs
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and global delivery teams, with proven ability to drive operational excellence and governance
- Domain Expertise: Recognized authority in one or more verticals (e.g, autonomous driving in Automotive, fraud detection in BFSI, medical imaging in Healthcare)
- AI Data Lifecycle Mastery: Hands-on knowledge of annotation tools, QA frameworks, data governance models, and bias detection/mitigation strategies
- Strategic Advisory Skills: Ability to partner with C-level stakeholders, understand business objectives, and design domain-tailored AI solutions
- Governance & Compliance: Strong grounding in responsible AI principles, data ethics, privacy regulations, and risk management
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging opportunities, design new offerings, and stay ahead of industry/AI trends
- Executive Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and influence skills with the ability to represent TP.ai at conferences and executive briefings
- Leadership & Mentorship: Track record of mentoring teams, building internal SME capability, and strengthening organizational expertise
- Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; MBA a plus
